Return/exchange policy

All items must be unworn with tags still on. Return postage is at the responsibility of the customer.

Regular priced item – Mail it back, or bring it by. Items must be post marked by 7 days upon receipt, for a same tender refund. After the 7 days, store credit will be offered within 30 days of purchase date. The store credit never expires.
Sale item – Store credit will be offered within 30 days. The store credit never expires.
Exchanges – Need a different size or color? Give us a call we would be happy to set it aside for you. When we receive your returned item, we will send you the requested one at no additional charge! 1-800-274-6731

Purchasing Gift Certificates

What a wonderful way to say, “Thank You!”, “Happy Special Occasion!”, or “You Rock!”. Please Include the name of the person it is to, and who it is from in the special instructions box upon check out. We will dress it up in our signature style, and send it on its pretty little way.

Store Credit and Gift Certificate Policy

Our merchandise credit and Gift Certificates never expires. We keep a detailed record of its use, so call us if you lose yours. At this time we cannot redeem Store Credits and Gift Certificates online. But that doesn’t mean you can’t use them long distance! Shipping Policy

Rest assured we will send your new purchase to you as soon as possible! At a minimum, we promise to ship your items within two days of purchase. We ship U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and you will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your items are sent.
